The hotel is ideally located in downtown Omaha's Old Market area with plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, but some might have an overlooking view of the parking garage, which could be disappointing. The overall service is fantastic, ranging from valet parking to shuttle drivers, making guests feel welcomed. However, the dining experience may need some improvement as reported to be unkept in certain areas.
Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience! The rooms overlooking the courtyard are gorgeous & comfortable, providing a special retreat within the hotel. The service was absolutely wonderful, with the staff going out of their way to make my stay exceptional. The location in downtown Omaha is very convenient, offering plenty of excellent dining options nearby. The dining experience was completely unexpected, with delicious and abundant food. Overall, a great choice for a memorable stay.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, offering a peaceful retreat with plenty of natural light. The staff was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and efficient. The location was even better than I expected, with easy access to downtown Omaha and its great restaurants. The dining experience was delicious and much appreciated, although the restaurant was fair at best. The facilities were wonderful, making my stay truly enjoyable.
The hotel offers well-appointed rooms with a terrific coffee selection and superb bathrooms, but they are a bit small and tight. The service is wonderful overall, though there is an extra charge for vehicle storage. The location seems great for exploring Old Town, even on a rainy day. The dining experience is impressive with fantastic scrambled eggs. The facilities are top-notch.
